We provide AML/CFT advisory, policy drafting, goAML support, audits, training, sanctions screening, and outsourced MLRO services. Our advice is based on UAE regulatory frameworks at the time of service delivery.

3.2 Travel & Tourism Services

We offer tour packages, desert safaris, city tours, cruises, yacht charters, visa assistance, and related travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms.

3.3 Business Setup Services

We assist with company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore), trade licensing, PRO services, visa processing, and bank account setup. Approval timelines depend on government authorities and are not guaranteed by us.

4. Fees and Payment

• All service fees will be quoted and agreed upon before the commencement of work.
• Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.
• Government fees, third-party charges, and taxes are separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated.
• Late payment may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation.
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Cooperate with our team and respond promptly to requests for information.
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed.
• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, third-party suppliers, or force majeure events.
• Travel and business setup outcomes depend on external authorities and are not guaranteed by us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and documents — is the property of Stellar Tech FZC LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual engagement letter. Cancellation of travel bookings and business setup packages is subject to our Refund Policy.

Some services involve third-party providers (hotels, tour operators, free zone authorities, banks). We act as a facilitator and are not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of such third parties.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or internet outages.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
